James Mason

James Mason has worked in recruitment and business development roles since 2013. James began their career as a Recruiter at Heald College in 2013. In 2014, they joined Randstad USA as an Account Executive, where they were responsible for full desk, full-cycle direct hire and temporary recruiting, along with business development. James also provided coaching and career development tips to all their candidates. In 2016, they became the Recruitment & Business Development Manager at CivicMinds, Inc.

James Mason obtained their Bachelor's of Arts in Political Science and Government from Chapman University between 2008 and 2012.
