Jyoti has been working in the recruitment industry since 2016. Jyoti started their career at Job Revolution as a Senior Recruitment Executive. In 2021, they joined CivicMinds, Inc as a Team Leader- Account Manager and a Technical Recruiter.

Jyoti completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from Doon University in Dehradun.
