Karina Delgado

Karina Delgado has been working in the recruitment industry since 2014. Karina began their career as a Recruiter at Randstad, where they were responsible for providing flexible staffing and recruitment services for accounting and finance clients. In 2015, they joined CivicMinds, Inc as a Talent Manager. Karina then moved into the role of Lead Technical Recruiter, where they had expertise in sourcing, qualifying, and hiring quality Information Technology professionals in various industries. Karina also built strong relationships to ensure positive candidate experience and negotiated contract, contract to hire, and permanent placements deals. Karina then returned to the role of Technical Recruiter.
