Phil Soan, RPm, CHRA, aCPHR®, is a Human Resources professional with a robust background in talent management and advocacy. Currently serving as a Human Resources Associate and Advocate at Civicom, Inc. since December 2024, Phil previously held roles as a Talent Champion and Talent Builder at PM Consulting from October 2022 to November 2024. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Adamson University, completed in July 2022.
