Alex Cohen

Alex Cohen currently serves as the Vice President of Corporate Development at CivicPlus, a position held since January 2025. Prior experience includes roles at REPAY - Realtime Electronic Payments from July 2020 to January 2025, where Alex progressed through several leadership positions, concluding as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy. Prior to REPAY, Alex was associated with CIVC Partners as an Associate for over three years and held the title of Investment Banking Associate at Fidus Partners, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Alex's professional journey began at Ernst & Young, where involvement spanned from a Financial Services Assurance Intern to a Financial Services Assurance Associate. Academic accomplishments include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and International Business and a Master of Accountancy with a focus on Accounting and Finance from the University of Georgia, as well as a minor in Spanish from the University of Valencia.
