Heather Watson

Heather Watson, CPRP, currently serves as Implementation Consultant II at CivicPlus, where responsibilities include enhancing local government operations through training and project management. Previously, Heather held various roles, including Recreation Center Customer Service Supervisor at the City of Lenexa, overseeing customer service and managing a large part-time staff, and Recreation Supervisor at Blue Springs Parks & Recreation, where program development focused on community events and a summer camp for children. Early career experiences included positions as an Education Specialist and Naturalist, where Heather facilitated educational programs on environmental topics for diverse age groups. Heather holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Natural Resource Ecology and Management and Animal Ecology from Iowa State University.
