Rebecca Hascall

Ms. Hascall is the Chief Innovation Officer for Jefferson County, Colorado where she has served for over eleven years. As CIO, she has shifted the division to a more innovative organization, working as a trusted partner to the elected officials, directors, and citizens. She has implemented a training group and innovation lab. The division has won multiple awards under her leadership. Current initiatives include implementing a bimodal organization with faster delivery of innovative projects, working with business partners to utilize six sigma staff to find business process efficiencies and implementing a new ERP system. Prior to her work in Jefferson County, Ms. Hascall spent time in the private sector at companies such as Oracle (PeopleSoft), Sun Microsystems, and JD Edwards. She holds PMP and ITIL certifications and holds a degree in Business German (Georgia State).
