Cristian Zambrano

Cristian Zambrano has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2013 as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for Introduction to Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Universidad de los Andes - Colombia. In 2015, they were an Electrical Team Member for Innovandes and an Intern Engineer for INGESERTEC S.A. Cristian then moved on to become a Project Engineer for LINCE Ingenieria in 2017, where they were responsible for planning, management and execution of projects in substations and hydro power plants, technical and commercial bids elaboration, design and implementation of corporate website, and development of custom software tools for process optimization and information management. In 2020, they were a Fullstack Developer for IComm Solutions and an Engineering Coordinator for Kharaghani Home. Cristian is currently a Senior Back End Software Engineer for CivicScience, a role they have held since 2021.

Cristian Zambrano obtained a Bachelor in Science (B.S.) in both Electrical Engineering and Electronics Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes between 2011 and 2016. Since then, they have obtained several certifications, including "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" from LinkedIn in 2023, "Algorithms for Battery Management Systems - Online non-credit Specialization" from Coursera in 2020, "EF SET Certificate" from EF Standard English Test (EF SET) in 2020, "Introduction to Sustainability (University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign)" from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign| Coursera in 2019, "Financial Markets (Yale University)" from Coursera in 2019, and "Wind Energy (Technical University of Denmark - DTU)" from Coursera in 2016.
