Jennifer Ganeles has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Jennifer began as a Research Assistant for the SIP Study at Queens College in 2014. In 2016, they became an Instruction and Social Service Counselor at Kingsborough Community College with the Research Foundation of The City University of New York. That same year, they also became a Research Methods Tutor at Queens College. In 2019, they were a Market Research Intern at Renaissance Research & Consulting, Inc. and an Advanced Analytics Tutor at Queens College. Jennifer also served as an Audience Research Analyst - Summer Intern at the New York Hall of Science. Most recently, they have been a Research Analyst at CivicScience since 2020.

Jennifer Ganeles obtained their Bachelor's degree from Macaulay Honors College at The City University of New York in 2016, majoring in Psychology, Business and Liberal Arts minor (BALA). Jennifer then went on to obtain their Master's degree in Data Analytics and Applied Social Research from Queens College in 2020. Additionally, Jennifer has obtained two certifications, Learning SQL Programming from LinkedIn in February 2020 and Google Analytics Essential Training from LinkedIn in October 2019.
