Lisa Agent

Lisa Agent currently serves as the Head of Learning & Capability at the Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this, Lisa held multiple leadership roles at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, including Head of Organisational Change Delivery and Head of People & Culture, MIQ from August 2020 to February 2023. A significant part of Lisa's career was spent at the Bank of New Zealand from 2003 to August 2020, where several roles were undertaken, such as Head of Practices & Capability and Tribe Capability Implementation Manager. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Victoria University of Wellington, with a focus on Human Resources & Industrial Relations and E-Commerce.
