Gerard Fogarty

Gerard Fogarty is an experienced executive and board member in the healthcare and public sectors, currently serving as an Independent Member of the People and Culture Committee at the Civil Aviation Safety Authority and as a Member of the Defence Force Remuneration Tribunal. Previously, Gerard held the position of Acting CEO at Defence Health Ltd and served on the Expert Panel for the Defence Science and Technology Group. With a strong background in governance, Gerard has also held non-executive director roles at the Australian Health Service Alliance, Private Healthcare Australia, and Members Own Health Funds, in addition to participating in expert panels focused on human rights and health issues. Gerard's educational credentials include advanced degrees and executive training from esteemed institutions such as IESE Business School and The Wharton School, complemented by a Master of Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College.
