Chase Smagala

Originating from Michigan, Chase spent six years in the Army serving with the 101st Airborne Division 3rd Brigade “RAKKASANS”. During his two tours in Iraq he was responsible for maintaining and keeping a fleet of Humvees mission ready, mentoring soldiers, and training Iraqi soldiers on repair and maintenance. After the military, Chase graduated from Nashville Auto Diesel College with a degree focusing on heavy duty diesel/heavy equipment repair and shop procedure. From there he worked as a Field Service Technician for Power Equipment Company and then as a Customer/Product Support Representative. In the spring of 2015 he began his career at Civil Constructors. Chase and his wife Erin were married in May 2007 and have one daughter.
