Ralph McCracken

Ralph McCracken is a seasoned professional in the field of inspection, with significant experience in substation and construction oversight. Currently serving as a Substation Inspector at Civil Design & Engineering, Inc. since April 2023, Ralph has previously operated in various capacities, including as a Semi-Retired inspector providing inspection services from January 2019 to September 2022, and as a Field Operations Coordinator at Holder Construction where responsibilities included organizing trades and ensuring readiness for inspections. From 2008 to 2016, Ralph held the position of Lead Construction Inspector at Western Area Power Administration, overseeing major power system facilities and recommending design changes.
