Elena Wise Pe, Ptoe

Elena Wise, PE, PTOE, is a seasoned project manager at Civil Design, Inc. since July 2018, bringing extensive experience from a previous role as Senior Civil Engineer at Jacobs from April 1995 to July 2018. Additionally, Elena began the professional journey as an intern at Sverdrup Civil, Inc. from April 1995 to June 1996. Elena earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington, completing the program between 1991 and 1996.
