Ruben Elizondo

Ruben Elizondo is an experienced Highway/Roadway Engineer currently employed at WSP USA since January 2022. Prior to this role, Ruben held various positions at Civil Engineering Consultants, Inc. San Antonio from November 2014, including Design Technician I, Engineer In Training, and Traffic/Roadway Engineering Intern. Ruben's early career included a position as a Wireline Assistant at FESCO Ltd and a Sales Associate role at The Home Depot. Ruben obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Laredo Community College from 2009 to 2011 and a degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio between 2012 and 2016.
