Amy Britt, bCRE-Pro, possesses extensive experience in data management and consulting within various nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as Senior Data Manager at The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights since July 2021, Amy has previously held roles such as Raiser's Edge/NXT Database Consultant at SJ Consulting LLC, Manager of Donor and Data Management at the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities, and Development Database Manager at Westminster Presbyterian Church, among others. With a career spanning over a decade, Amy has developed expertise in donor information management, data systems, and philanthropy operations. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Central Lakes College and further studies at Northland College.

The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights is a coalition charged by its diverse membership of more than 250 national organizations to promote and protect the civil and human rights of all persons in the United States. Through advocacy and outreach to targeted constituencies, The Leadership Conference works toward the goal of a more open and just society – an America as good as its ideals. The Leadership Conference is a 501(c)(4) organization that engages in legislative advocacy. It was founded in 1950 and has coordinated national lobbying efforts on behalf of every major civil rights law since 1957.
