Fey C. currently serves as Senior Field Manager at The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, focusing on organizing strategies to build public support for critical issues in affected communities. Previously, Fey was a Field Manager and member of the Bargaining Committee at the Office and Professional Employees International Union, where the role involved gathering insights from union members for negotiations. With experience as a National Field Organizer at the National LGBTQ Task Force and as a Queering Democracy Community Organizer, responsibilities included managing communication with legislators and promoting civic engagement among LGBTQ communities. Additional positions include Union Representative at SEIU, Field Organizer at Equality Florida, and various internships, including working with the US Congress and The Trevor Project. Fey holds a Master of Arts in Ethics, Peace, and Human Rights from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Central Florida.

The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights is a coalition charged by its diverse membership of more than 250 national organizations to promote and protect the civil and human rights of all persons in the United States. Through advocacy and outreach to targeted constituencies, The Leadership Conference works toward the goal of a more open and just society – an America as good as its ideals. The Leadership Conference is a 501(c)(4) organization that engages in legislative advocacy. It was founded in 1950 and has coordinated national lobbying efforts on behalf of every major civil rights law since 1957.
