Ayesha began their career in HR in the NHS and Competition and Markets Authority. Currently completing the prestigious Civil Service Fast Stream programme, Ayesha undertook her first placement at the Cabinet Office as an HR Policy Consultant. Ayesha Khanum is currently an HR Business Partner at the Ministry of Justice (MOJ). Alongside her professional experience, Ayesha is pursuing a Level 7 CIPD qualification. Ayesha holds a bachelor's degree in Politics from University College London (UCL).
