Mazen Bachir

Mazen Bachir serves as the Chief Technical Officer at Civil Works Company Ltd since October 2023, driving the company's growth through technology and innovation in PPP and BOOT projects. Previously, Mazen held various leadership roles at ACCIONA, including EPC Director for the Middle East and Projects Director for ME & Asia, overseeing regional EPC contracts. Experience also includes serving as Business Unit Head at ADC Energy Systems, Technical Director at Water & Power Engineering, and Managing Director at Passavant Energy & Environment, where responsibilities spanned global business strategy and management. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Philosophy in Engineering and an MSc in Chemical Engineering from The University of Manchester, along with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the American University of Beirut.
