Dusty Springs

Dusty Springs currently serves as the Vice President of the Rail Division at Civil Works Contracting, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Dusty held the position of Project Manager at Queen City Railroad Construction, Inc. from March 2011 to October 2022, and also served as Project Manager at Hinkle Contracting Company LLC from 2005 until March 2011. Dusty Springs holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Francis Marion University and an Associate of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Florence Darlington Tech, with additional educational experience at the University of South Carolina.
