Prior to this position, Carl worked as a Water Quality Engineer at Civilmart Rocla and as a Civil Engineer at Com Construction, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and managing essential documentation for construction projects. Additional experience includes managing a travel agency and working as a banker at Westpac. Carl holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Honours) from Western Sydney University and an Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Ultimo TAFE.
