Jordan Ketterer

Jordan Ketterer is an Information Technology Infrastructure Engineer at Civista Bank since March 2023. Prior to this role, Jordan served as an Information Systems Administrator at NOMS Healthcare from February 2017 to March 2023, where responsibilities included hardware and software assessments and resolution of service desk calls. Previous experience includes working as an IT Technician at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies and a Cycle Count Technician, as well as managing the student bookstore at Bowling Green State University-Firelands. Jordan obtained an Associate of Applied Business in Computer Science Technology from Bowling Green State University-Firelands, completing studies between 2014 and 2019.
