Rhonda Sheely

Rhonda Sheely has over 30 years of experience in banking and business. Rhonda started their career at The Ohio Bank, where they held various roles in retail banking, customer service, and lending. Rhonda then joined Delaware County Bank as VP of Retail Banking, where they managed the retail division and provided support to associates and customers. In 2017, Rhonda joined Civista Bank as a Personal Banker and later became the VP Civista@Work Sales and Service Manager. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to employee education and development. Rhonda also participated in the Leadership Program at the Delaware Chamber of Commerce.

Rhonda Sheely began their education in 2008 at the BAI Graduate School of Retail Banking. Rhonda attended this institution for the academic year 2008-2009, where they focused on banking. Following this, Rhonda enrolled at the OBL Blythe School of Banking to pursue a Certificate of Completion in Banking Management. The dates of their enrollment at this school are not provided.
