Ryan Pierson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in media instruction and photography. As a Media Instructor at Civitan Foundation, Inc. since December 2016, Ryan contributes to the development of media education. Simultaneously, Ryan has operated Ryan Rose Photography since March 2010, showcasing photography skills and artistic vision. In addition, Ryan held the position of Student Art & Fine Art Director at Arizona State Fair from January 2014 to November 2014, where responsibilities included hiring staff, designing display layouts for 1,200 student artworks, managing staff, overseeing art sales, coordinating volunteer judges and artists, and hosting events, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational abilities.

With the inception of Camp Civitan over 40 years ago, Civitan sought a way to bring the outdoors to disabled individuals. Through volunteer initiatives and Camp Providers, thousands upon thousands of adults and children have had adventurous experiences that would never have been possible. Civitan Foundation has now successfully launched Civitan Village - a day program that educates and trains members of the disability community in Design, Culinary, Creative Arts, Nutrition, Business and Office skills, Media, Radio, and much more.
