Gina Chase

Gina Chase has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Currently, they serve as the Director of Customer Development at Civitas Learning since 2022. Prior to this role, they held various positions at SUNY Broome Community College, including Assistant Dean for Academic Services, Chair of Career and Transfer Services Department, Applied Learning and Career Specialist, and Staff Associate. In these roles, they provided leadership and support in academic advising, career services, student retention, and accessibility resources. Before their time at SUNY Broome, they worked at the State University of New York College at Oswego as the Mentor-Scholar Project Coordinator and Residence Hall Director, where they were responsible for managing the operations and fostering a safe and welcoming environment for students.

Gina Chase holds a Master of Science in Student Affairs Administration from Binghamton University and a Bachelor of Science in English from SUNY Oneonta. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Online Student Supports from SUNY Center for Professional Development in December 2020.
