Moses Sefah

Moses Sefah is an experienced Data Access Engineer at Civitas Learning since February 2021, specializing in deploying Single Sign-On connections and configuring HAProxy within EC2 Instances to connect to customer database servers. Previously, Moses served as a Network Analyst III at Boston Children's Hospital, focusing on the installation and management of network devices and improving network architecture for redundancy and high availability. In addition, experience as a Graduate Assistant at Ohio University involved training students on network monitoring tools and device installation. Earlier roles include an IT Support Engineer at Mosef Consultancy Services, where proactive customer communication and problem resolution were key responsibilities. Moses holds a Master's degree in Information and Telecommunication Systems from Ohio University and a Bachelor's degree in Humanities from the University of Ghana.
