Senior Director, Customer Development at Civitas Learning

Nova Davidson has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and roles. From January 2016 to the present, Nova has worked at Civitas Learning, starting as a Senior Training and Enablement Consultant. In this role, Nova translated complex data insights into understandable findings and developed product success plans to increase student retention. Nova then progressed to become a Senior Strategic Consultant, Principal Consultant, Director of Customer Development, and currently holds the position of Senior Director, Customer Development.

Before joining Civitas Learning, Nova worked at Western Governors University from 2012 to 2016. Nova started as a Student Mentor, providing support and tailoring interactions for students in a competency-based program. Nova then became a Program Manager, overseeing a team of mentors and implementing comprehensive training and best practices for direct reports and peers.

Nova's earlier experience includes roles at the University of West Georgia. From 2005 to 2010, Nova held positions such as Director of New Student Transitions and Parent Programs, Coordinator of Orientation & Special Programs, and Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions. These roles involved planning and implementing orientation programs, managing staff and student leaders, and counseling students and parents on admissions policies.

Prior to that, from 2002 to 2004, Nova worked as an Admissions Counselor/Minority Recruitment Officer at the University of West Georgia, where Nova counseled students and parents, managed recruitment staff, and presented at admissions sessions.

Throughout Nova Davidson's career, there has been a consistent focus on education-related roles, including student support, program management, and admissions counseling.

Nova Davidson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from The George Washington University in 1997. Nova then went on to attend Cornell Law School from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law. Nova also attended the University of Georgia School of Law, although the specific dates and degree information are unavailable.
