Kavya R. has a diverse work experience in various technical roles. Kavya began their career at Kumon North America, Inc. as a Kumon Assistant from March 2013 to November 2013. Kavya then joined Bell in 2017 as a Network Analyst co-op, where they assisted network specialists and managed the ticketing queue. In 2018, they returned to Bell as a Solution Architecture Specialist Summer Student, working closely with professionals in the Networking field and focusing on Python scripting. In 2019, they continued their role at Bell as a Solution Architecture Specialist Student, where they developed a Python script to monitor network traffic and improved incident response efficiency through automated responses. Kavya also participated in interviewing prospective Engineering Interns. Kavya expanded their experience by joining High Tech Genesis in 2021 as a Technical Recruiter, specializing in the High Tech sector. Currently, they work as a Web Developer at Civix since March 2022.

Kavya R. pursued their education from 2012 to 2016 at Pickering High School, where they obtained their OSSD. Kavya then went on to attend Ontario Tech University from 2016 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer Software Engineering with a specialization in Internet of Things (IOT).
