Caroline Hodges

Caroline Hodges is an experienced professional currently serving as the Service Delivery Manager for Quality and Safety at Civtec Ltd since March 2016, previously holding the role of Improvement Analyst. Prior to this, Caroline worked at Waikato District Health Board from March 2013 to February 2015, where responsibilities included managing supply logistics for surgical cases as a Storeperson and collaborating with a project team to ensure necessary materials were available in urgent medical situations. Caroline's early experience includes a role as a Summer Research Intern at Cawthron Institute. Educational qualifications encompass a Master of Science in Biological Science and a Bachelor of Science from The University of Waikato, a Diploma in Environmental Management from Bay of Plenty Polytechnic, and multiple Certificates of Proficiency in Organisational Behaviour and Management from Open Polytechnic of New Zealand.
