Under Dawn Cartier's leadership, CivTech excels in early identification of transportation needs, small-area modeling, and various studies related to traffic and pedestrian dynamics. Additionally, Dawn Cartier served as Chair of the ADOT DBE Task Force from May 2013 to March 2015 and held the position of Traffic Engineer at DMJM+HARRIS from 1998 to 2002. Dawn Cartier earned a degree from Northern Arizona University between 1992 and 1996.
