Annie Lee has extensive experience in human resources, having served as HR Compliance and ER Director at CJ America, Inc. from November 2017 to March 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing compensation and HR standards, conducting compliance risk assessments, and managing involuntary terminations. Prior experience includes positions as Sr. HR Manager at CJ Foodville USA from June 2014 to October 2017 and at CJ America, Inc., and Corp. HR Manager at Pulmuone Foods USA, Inc. from November 2006 to June 2014, focusing on workforce planning, organizational culture, recruitment, and employee relations.
