Mike Galligan, LUTCF has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. Mike is currently the VP of Operations at CJ Insurance Group, a role they have held since November 2021. Prior to this, Mike served as the Director of Franchising and an Independent Insurance Agent at CJ Insurance Group from February 2020 to November 2021. Mike also briefly held the position of Independent Insurance Agent and Director of Franchising from February 2020 to February 2020.
Before joining CJ Insurance Group, Mike founded their own company, Mike Galligan Insurance Agency, LLC, in 1981. Throughout their tenure at their agency, they specialized in insurance and financial services, focusing on sales, education, consulting, training, and management. Mike dedicated a significant portion of their career to this role, which lasted from February 1981 to November 2021.
In addition, Mike gained experience as an Insurance Agent at State Farm Agent from January 2019 to January 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Agent Intern at State Farm from June 2018 to December 2018.
Mike Galligan, LUTCF, obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with majors in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1981. Prior to that, they attended Omaha Burke High School from 1973 to 1976. Mike also holds additional certifications, including LUTCF from The American College of Financial Services and a certification as a Certified Facilitator in Integrity Selling and Managing Goal Achievement from Integrity Systems.

We offer numerous carriers and give you direct access to each. Many places offer access to insurance carriers but it’s basically a brokerage agreement. You may be able to run quotes and sell, but you can’t service your own customers. Because others do this work for you and require that you split your earnings, it significantly lowers your commissions. As an Independent Insurance Agent with CJ Insurance Group, you KEEP 100% of your commissions, PLUS potential bonuses! You’ll be able to quote, bind, service and do it all as a fully autonomous agent, every time. Other insurance aggregators get you appointed with fewer carriers, but access to the remaining carriers is limited. Other organizations won’t do this for you due to their carrier production requirements. Since CJ Insurance Group is an insurance agency, not an insurance aggregator, cluster, or network, we do not require production from each of our agents. These requirements are met by the agency as a whole.
