Blake Martin has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Blake currently holds the position of Director of Engineering at CJ Logistics America since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Engineering Manager and Operations Optimization Leader at the same company. Before joining CJ Logistics, Blake worked as an Operations Manager at EJ in 2018. Blake also gained valuable experience at Target, where they held roles such as Quality Manager, Project Manager, Engineering Manager, and Facilities Manager. Blake's earlier career includes Assistant Manager at Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse and Construction Project Manager at Kroger. Additionally, they worked as a Land Development Project Manager at Rochester and Associates, Inc., and as an Environmental Project Manager at Gaskins Surveying & Engineering Co.

Blake Martin, CSM, CSPO has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Construction Management with a minor in Land Development from Southern Polytechnic State University. Blake obtained this degree from 2003 to 2008. In 2017, they attended Villanova University and received a Certificate in Six Sigma Green Belt and a Certificate in Lean Six Sigma. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner and a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance in June 2019. Blake also holds an OSHA 30 certification from the US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR OSHA, which they obtained in January 2008.
