Dennis Hyunchul Yoo

Dennis Hyunchul Yoo is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as the IR Executive and Head of Corporate Development at CJ Logistics since August 2023. Previously, Dennis held the position of Chief Investment Officer at Seoul Asset Management from June 2021 to August 2023, contributing to the management of a hedge fund with approximately USD 150 million in assets. Prior to this, Dennis was the Director of Asia-Pacific Energy & Materials Research at HSBC Global Banking and Markets, where responsibilities included regional equity research in the energy and petrochemical sectors from April 2011 to May 2021. Dennis also gained experience as an Investment Analyst at Mirae Asset Global Investments in Hong Kong from 2008 to 2011, focusing on the global energy sector. Educationally, Dennis holds a Master of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Business Administration, both from Yonsei University. Notably, Dennis received the Thomson-Reuters StarMine Award in 2013 as the sixth-best stock picker in Asia across all sectors.
