Gowun Jeong

Gowun Jeong currently serves as Team Lead and Product Owner at CJ Logistics, focusing on AI model development within the AI Model Development Team, while also contributing to the N/W AI Solution Squad and N/W Business Automation Solution Squad. Prior experience includes a managerial role at SK Telecom, where oversight of a 30-member team led to significant projects, including the development of an AI Copywriter utilizing SKT-BART and reinforcement learning, and a presentation at 2021 AI. X. Previously, Gowun Jeong held a Program Manager position at Hyundai Card∙Life∙Capital∙Commercial, where contributions to a membership withdrawal prediction project reduced annual withdrawal rates dramatically. Earlier experience at Samsung SDS involved project management of logistics AI solutions, including the deployment of ship delay prediction models. Gowun Jeong holds a PhD in Computer Science from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, an MSc in Advanced Computing from Imperial College London, and a BEng in Information Engineering from Niigata University.
