Case Management Team

The Case Management Team at CK Family Services is responsible for overseeing the well-being of children in foster care by coordinating support services for foster families and assessing the needs of kinship placements. They ensure the smooth placement of children into appropriate foster and adoptive homes, provide ongoing support and resources, and manage mental health and treatment foster care cases to promote stable and nurturing environments.
