CK Power Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based holding company engaged in the production and distribution of electricity to the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) and Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) under the long-term power purchase agreements. The Company and its subsidiaries operate three principal business segments, which are generation of electricity from hydroelectric power segment, generation of electricity from solar power segment and generation of electricity from thermal power segment. It is involved in the hydroelectric power business through its subsidiary, SouthEast Asia Energy Limited, which invests and develops the Nam Ngum 2 hydroelectric power project. It invests in solar photovoltaic power business through its subsidiary, Bangkhenchai Company Limited, as well as through other associate companies. The Company is also engaged in steam from cogeneration power plant business through its subsidiary, Bangpa-in Cogeneration Company Limited.
