Kayla Boone has held various roles over the past decade. In 2010, they began as a Customer Service Specialist at JC Penney Styling Salon. Two years later, they became a Shift Supervisor at Bijuju. In 2013, they joined The Carolina Opry as a Sales Administrative Assistant/Merchandiser & Buyer. In 2015, they moved to CHD Interiors as an Interior Designer Assistant. Currently, they are an Account Manager at C&K Systems, Inc.

Kayla Boone attended Horry-Georgetown Technical College from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Administrative Office Technology in 2013. Kayla then went on to receive an Associates in Arts (AAA) in Business in 2015. In May 2013, Kayla Boone also earned a certification as a Microsoft Office Specialist from Microsoft Office.
