Beth Kerr

Beth Kerr has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Beth started their career in 2002 at the Department of Veterans' Affairs, where they held various roles including Business Systems Support, Lead Programmer, and Research Support Assistant. In 2005, they worked as an English Teacher at Nova Corporation. Beth then transitioned into the early childhood education field, joining Goodstart Early Learning in 2012 as an Early Childhood Teacher/Educational Leader. During their tenure there, they received recognition for their pedagogical documentation and was involved in various committees and working groups. In 2014, Beth joined C&K - The Creche and Kindergarten Association as a Director/Teacher and Educational Leader. Most recently, they co-founded and served as a Director at BloomBe.

Beth Kerr has a strong educational background in both computer science and early years education. In 1999, they enrolled at Griffith University and graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor of Information Technology degree, specializing in computer science. During their undergraduate studies, Beth also participated in an exchange program at SUNY Oswego in 2000, where they continued their studies in computer science.

Later, in 2008, Beth pursued further education and enrolled at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) to obtain a Graduate Diploma of Education in Early Years. Beth completed this program in 2010, focusing on early childhood education.
