Loucenda Teter has extensive work experience in the field of data analytics, consumer insights, and market research. Loucenda has held various senior roles in well-known companies. From 1994 to 1998, they worked as a Market Research Specialist for Nationwide Insurance. From 1998 to 2005, they served as the Consumer Research Manager for Wendy's International, where they led research efforts for product innovation and brand communication, successfully introducing the Wendy's Garden Sensations salad line. From 2005 to 2011, they worked as the Sr. Consumer Insights Manager for Abbott Nutrition, providing actionable insights to influence business plans and managing a team of professionals. From 2011 to 2017, they held the position of Director of Marketing Research for Darden, and from 2017 to the present, they have been the Sr. Director of Strategy & Insights for Olive Garden, leading the insights team and collaborating with various departments to develop strategies and measurements. In 2023, they will join CKE Restaurants, Inc. as the Vice President of Data Analytics & Consumer Insights.
Loucenda Teter obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of West Florida in the period from 1989 to 1993. Loucenda then pursued a Master of Applied Statistics from The Ohio State University, completing it in the year 1994.
