Mel Sowa

Mel Sowa has extensive work experience in the fast food industry. Mel started their career in 1978 as the Training Director for YUM Brands, Inc., where they worked until 2004. During this time, they also held the position of Director at Long John Silver's Restaurants, Inc. In 2004, they joined Hardee's as the VP of Training. In 1993, they briefly worked as a Director at Long John Silvers, Inc. until 2001.
