Sean Dewitt

Sean DeWitt has worked in various roles at CKE Restaurants, Inc. and Deloitte. At CKE Restaurants, they began as the Director of External Reporting from August 2018 to August 2020. Sean then served as the Director of Corporate Accounting from September 2020 to March 2022. Afterwards, they were promoted to the position of Senior Director of Accounting from March 2022 to April 2023. Currently, Sean holds the role of Sr. Director, Corporate Controller at CKE Restaurants, Inc., starting in April 2023.

Prior to their time at CKE Restaurants, Sean had extensive audit experience at Deloitte. Sean started their career there as an Audit Staff from September 2009 to August 2011. Sean then worked as an Audit Senior from September 2011 to August 2014, and later, as an Audit Manager from September 2014 to August 2017. Their final role at Deloitte was as an Audit Senior Manager from September 2017 to July 2018.

Sean DeWitt completed their education at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Sean earned a Master's degree in Accounting from 2008 to 2009 and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from 2003 to 2007. Sean also obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification.
