Prior to this, Andrzej was the Chief Accountant at Newell Rubbermaid from January 2006 to July 2014, focusing on accountancy, tax, and finance reporting in compliance with Polish and US GAAP, as well as team management and cooperation with external agencies. Andrzej holds a Master's degree in finance and accountancy from Koszalin University of Technology, along with postgraduate studies in Economic Analysis and Controlling from Poznan University of Economics And Business and in Advisory and Tax Accountancy from Uniwersytet Szczeciński.
