Our mission is to provide affordable housing to hardworking, cost-burdened American families on a national scale.

We believe the challenges America faces in today’s climate of affordable and attainable housing is daunting. For example, in Denver, CO - CL3 headquarters, the median home price has reached $516,000 - significantly outpacing the income young families have to purchase such a home.

We invest in “fix and fill” opportunities to invest fresh capital and new homes through older properties to increase quality, livability, occupancy, and financial performance.

By implementing aggressive value-add strategies in under-performing properties, CL3Capital focuses on acquiring parks that provide consistent and conservative cash flow, in-turn providing greater risk-adjusted returns for our investors.
