The CLA
Sarah Wells-Gaston currently serves as the South West Communications Manager at The CLA since November 2022. Previously, Sarah held the position of Key Account Manager at a communications agency specializing in the built environment from September 2017 to November 2022. Between May 2015 and December 2020, Sarah worked as a freelance Reporter at Large for Eventing Worldwide, contributing articles and content on various topics related to eventing. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Account Manager at an agency from January 2006 to August 2017, overseeing communication campaigns in the events, hospitality, and security sectors, as well as serving as Account Manager at a PR and marketing agency focused on the building materials industry. Sarah began their career as a Senior Reporter at Newsquest from March 2003 to December 2005. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Journalism from Surrey Institute of Art and Design and A-Levels in History, English Literature, and French from Malmesbury Comprehensive School.
