Ashley Ianni, MSc, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data analytics, project management, and program development within the skilled trades apprenticeship sector. As the Manager of the Apprenticeship Support Program at CLAC since April 2015, Ashley has successfully launched and managed a $15M federally funded program aimed at supporting small to medium employers in Canada. Previous roles include Manager of Data Analytics, where Ashley designed and executed analytics strategies, developed high-performance teams, and established effective data governance frameworks. Additionally, Ashley served as Manager of Technology Project Portfolio, overseeing a diverse range of projects across a multi-province organization, and as Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager, leading project planning and implementation. Prior experience at BCIT involved research and analysis, program management, and administrative coordination within various departments. Ashley holds a Master of Science in Data Science from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of British Columbia, along with several other relevant certifications.
