Ivana Ferguson

Ivana Ferguson is an accomplished ESOL instructor with extensive experience in teaching English language skills across various educational settings. Currently, Ivana serves as an ESOL Instructor at Portland Community College and the Research Foundation of The City University of New York, focusing on ESL and integrated skills classes. Additionally, Ivana holds positions at Chemeketa and Clackamas Community Colleges, teaching advanced and upper-intermediate ESL courses. As the Manager of Community Education at the Academy of Medical & Public Health Services, Ivana coordinates educational workshops and manages outreach efforts. Ivana has also instructed at the Brooklyn Public Library and previously held leadership roles at The New York Public Library and 1199SEIU United Healthcare Workers East. Ivana's educational background includes a Master of Arts in TESOL from Hamline University and a Master's degree in Human Rights and Democracy from the Università di Bologna, along with a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Belgrade.
