Cynthia Panko is an experienced educational professional with a strong background in special education and psychology. Currently serving as Adjunct Faculty at Lewis & Clark College and Special Education Administrator/School Psychologist at Clackamas Education Service District since August 2022, Cynthia also holds the position of Director of Special Services at Oregon City School District since July 2014. Previous roles include Coordinator of Special Education at North Clackamas School District from 2008 to 2023, demonstrating a longstanding commitment to supporting special education initiatives. Cynthia earned a Master of Science in School Psychology from Lewis & Clark College and completed undergraduate studies at Pacific Lutheran University.
