Janet Prisloe is a retired Principal in the Assurance practice at CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA), where they provided top-tier audit and accounting services for over three decades. With significant expertise in GAAP and a focus on privately held companies, particularly in the Manufacturing and Distribution industries, Janet contributed to enhanced financial accuracy and compliance. Prior to their role at CLA, Janet served as a Managing Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers and as a Partner at BlumShapiro, gaining extensive experience in auditing both public and private companies. Janet earned a BS from The University of Connecticut School of Business.
