Todd E. Wrenn

Todd Wrenn is an audit Principal at Miller Cooper and member of the Firm’s Assurance and Accounting department. Additionally, Mr. Wrenn is a Principal within Transaction Advisory Services, Litigation Support Services and Employee Benefit Plan Audit practices. As an audit Principal, Mr. Wrenn is responsible for the management and supervision of his engagement teams. He has been with Miller Cooper since 2008.

Mr. Wrenn specializes in assurance services primarily for clients within the manufacturing and distribution industry. His experience also includes assurance services of service firms and technology companies, as well as general business consulting, agreed-upon procedure reports, and financial accounting and reporting special projects. In addition to assurance services, he also leads financial due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side clients, as well as post-acquisition accounting assistance, for companies in various industries. Finally, he has worked on various litigation support services projects.

Mr. Wrenn received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University. In addition, he also received his Master of Science in Accounting from Northern Illinois University in May 2008. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.
